I am feeling completely disappointed. Sad to say that, I cannot rate this gentleman. We spoke on the phone and we met. He sent a quote for the job. We agreed but unfortunately, he disappears after that. He didn't appear the day we agreed to start working. He even didn't answer his phone on that day...
