Founded in 2012, Force Maintenance Team Ltd (FMTL) was set up with leading energy expert, Nadeem Khan. Nadeem’s mission was to make new and existing homes across the UK warm, damp-free, and more energy efficient. In that time, Nadeem has built up a superb, experienced team of staff to push the business forward. The Company has seen steady growth whilst maintaining and forging strong relationships with its clients.
As one of the UK's leading installation company’s FMTL offers a complete spectrum of services, including installing new heating systems and regular maintenance, installing green energy products, and home improvements.
Our highly qualified team of heating engineers and green energy installers are equipped to undertake works from basic maintenance checks to large scale installations. Our support team is experienced and professional with excellent track records in the energy sector and play an active part in the daily operation of the company. We have trained engineers to reach a large geographical area of Greater London.

I've had external wall insulation work done by FMTL and I am truly impressed with the work they have done. The work commenced with detailed planning and there was constant engagement thoughtout as the work progressed. The finishing of the render was superb. I found Nadeem to be extrememly helpful and 100% trustworthy and sincere throughout the enagagement and Rumen who applied the insulation and rendered the house to be absolutely professional at expert at his craft. I would recommend FMTL 100% to anyone!

Nadeem was very polite and always available to talk to discuss and resolve our issues. The job was not easy and after few visits it was completed. Even if we had few issues during the work, they did their best to resolve them. We would recommend Nadeem and his workers for future work.
