Firstly i want to apologise for my previous review this was borne out o frustration by the lack of communication from this firm (nearly two months without hearing) and some misunderstanding on my part. i have also changed rating because the work that has been done i am pleased with. Although i do not want work completed now i am prepared as a gesture of my good will to pay the balance of the original quote.
