Fran is great at his job. He accurately identified the true cause of the problem and fixed it. Took slightly longer than expected, but i think i always knew that the timeframe was tight. He has done a fantastic job - so much so that i gave him a small tip! [now where do you hear that in construction?] Will happily use his services again and can recommend.
