Franck did a good job. He is very communicative on whatsapp and explains the solutions well. He was on time and on budget. Very down to earth and careful with his work. He wasn't trying to over charge but was reasonable. Use with confidence.
Hot Tub Installation / Repair
Franck unfortunately did not deliver a good service from being quite late without warning to overcharging for an imperfect job. Pump issue under by hot tub turned out to be a non issue when he checked it and only needed an adjustment of the wires which seemed knotted. He changed the waste component in my sink basin but left such a mess and my drawer was then catching the pipe and could not be closed. The worst thing is the fact that Franck took advantage of my lack of knowledge and overcharged 3 fold!

Hello Selly, Apologies for the misunderstanding - Firstly you specifically asked me to come after 10 as you said you have to drop your children at school. Secondly we rectified the issue with the hot tub, and replaced the entire basin waste unit with the one you supplied - it was the wrong size and there isn't very much an installer can do about mismatched parts that are not designed to fit together Thirdly, I did not leave a mess - you were handing me the tissues I used to clean with!

I Strongly advise you to , *The junction box not IP Rated need replacement for an IP enclosure *The bath metal frame not Earthed need to be Earthed and copper pipes *No Supplementary bonding (Earth) need to be Earthed direct. If you need any help or advice call me anytime. Your job lead from rated people cost me £29.38 and fuel £10.00 already its £40. The price you pay is very very reasonable. Thank you

Warning to others: please be mindful that certain people will try to fix something that isn’t broke to get money off of you. I have since had the installation checked by another electrician who confirmed it was all fine at no extra cost!
