Lovely bunch of guys , got on with the job quickly , will use again.
Garden Maintenance
Turned up without tools. I had to give them my immaculately clean laundry bucket which is now trashed. Charged me a fortune for a half-hearted job. Stayed for less than an hour and a half (part of it was a trip to hardware store to buy a rake) and the garden doesn’t look ANY different than before. Hedges are terrible and extremely wonky.

Very disappointed! Charged me a fortune and the garden doesn’t really look any different. I was expecting they would stay several hours but stayed just over an hour. Turned up without tools so part of my job was spent going to the hardware store to buy a rake and tools. They didn’t have anything to remove the garden waste so I had to give them my immaculately clean laundry bucket which is now trashed. Was extremely rude and had a million and one excuses for everything. The hedge is extremely also wonky.
Garden Shed / Playhouse
The work was not completed, they damaged the metal shed, insisted on being paid in cash, they kept giving excuses why they couldn't do the job. They offered us a refund by cheque, which bounced, then they promised to pay cash, but they never did. They are now putting the phone down on us and ignoring our calls, txts and email. They are not trustworthy and very unprofessional.
