I have been having trouble with a toilet for some time. Two other people had supposedly "fixed" it but this morning it would not flush at all. Listed job on Rated People at about 7.30 - Marvin arrived to quote about a hour later. Saw what it needed, went and got the part and FIXED IT - all done after months of hassle. Very many thanks to Marvin and his colleague who was with him - polite, quick, clean and helpful

I had a leak in my bathroom coming through my ceiling. Marvin contacted me and said he would try and pop in that day. He then phoned again and said he would be half an hour. He arrived, diagnosed the problem, gave me a good quote and then fixed it. He also did an extra job fitting some taps. Top bloke, really friendly all round super service. I also asked him to quote on another job, really happy. Thank you Louise
