Kevin sorted out a leaking shower problem that had been a bone of contention between us and the builder of our new house for >7 months. He came out when he said he would, managing to fit us in between other customers' work that was already scheduled because he knew how much of a problem not having the shower was to us. Nice guy, lot of experience, and able to investigate and solve problems where others just throw up their hands and say "don't know" or "can't help".

kevin and his team were reliable and flexible. Kevin was able to advise us practically and helped us make some good decisions throughout the build. Following the build there have been a few inevitable snags which is normal in this type of process, Kevin has to date been responsive in returning to deal with these minor issues. I would happily work with Kevin and his team again and recommend them.
