Contacted Rated People as I required a consumer unit change and test certificate. I was cont by James within a minute, an easy to understand and easy to talk to person who quickly established my requirements. He provided a date and ball park cost to be confirmed later. A date and price agreed, 7 days notice. The work was completed today, punctual and efficient. Was contacted a little later when the work was finished certificate issued along with invoice. Overall great service no fuss and efficient.

We needed an EICR to be carried out on our rental property. We organised this originally through another company. However, the quote was high and the work that was required was confusing to understand. I contacted James and he came the following week and on time. He fully explained in detail what was needed to be done and made it simple to understand with a competitive quote. The work was carried out promptly and he was also very courteous to my tenant too.
