Graham stepped in when another workman messed up and thankfully managed to rectify every single problem. He was clear with costs (and these were more than reasonable) - and spoke to me every step of the way. I have found him really helpful and kind - I will not be using any other craftman from now on.
Solid Wood Flooring
Exceptional work from Graham - the best bit was I was struggling to find a floor to suit my (very fussy) tastes and he found one that is PERFECT. He will be coming back again, and again and again (old house with lots to do!)
Wooden Doors - Internal
Our elderly parents asked Mr. Malkam to supply and fit five doors, to include one for a bathroom/wet room. He is clearly a good carpenter but we did not like he asked for cash payments. Plus we found a problem with one of the doors, a swelling and warping after a week, resulting in the door not being able to close. Mr.Malkam said he could not replace the door for 2 months. When contacted he insisted on us agreeing to pay £75 cash before commencing the work.This we have refused. Also cost £400 over estimate
