Graham and his selected team did a great job for us turning our dark cold basement into a lovely room that we use everyday, he was very clear throughout the whole process from quoting to completion and did additional jobs at a fair price. He also liaised with building control meetings. I highly recommend his services and wouldn't hesitate to get him to quote for more work in the future. You can tell that he takes pride in his work.

Cellar Conversion Graham was an absolute professional from start of the process to the end. Came to give quote and helped with the planning and explained everything that needed doing. Was realistic with pricing, length of time the job would take and when he would be able to start. Identified issues that other quotes did not spot and explained the best solutions for these issues. Also took care of all planning issues Finished the job on time, everything followed up with the building report.

I cannot recommend Graham amd the team highly enough. I am really pleased with my cellar conversion and the quality of workmanship, reliability and approachability were excellent. My wife and I changed some of the initial Plans during the process and Graham and the team made the changes with minimal expense or fuss. I feel the price we paid for a full footprint cellar conversion including shower room was excellent. Many thanks for a job well done.

Graham and They his team went above and beyond to convert our existing cellar into a fantastic living space. All the work was overseen by our local Building Control officers, who signed it off with no quibbles. Graham and the lads turned up on time and put in some real graft, lowering the cellar floor and underpinning at the rear of the property. They even made sure we got the timber offcuts for our woodburner! I would not hesitate to recommend Graham's team. They were also the lowest quote, by far,
