The receipt of the quote from Tom was most efficient and he sourced an item at a lower price to reduce the overall cost. His communications regarding delivery and installation were accurate and efficient and he was most courteous when he visited my home. Sound & Audio Visual Installation
Tom replied instantly, understood our requirements immediately, and was available for a weekday evening appointment for the day we asked. He arrived exactly on time, evaluated the problem and set about fixing it right away and in spite of the problem being a problem with the virgin wifi router, would not leave until the problem was fixed, which included a lengthy technical conversation with the virgin "help" desk. He was very friendly and trustworthy, technically knowledgable, and great value. Five stars
