An unacceptable installation. The engineer Marc who promised much and delivered sub-standard work. This was a wonderful opportunity for a gas engineer to help with a refurbishment, and there has been such sub-standard work that it has been removed by another gas engineer who has cost an additional 1000 pounds this engineer was paid in full !
