During the quotation Jamie was very professional, explained all the options available to me without being pushy and still within my budget. Cheaper than two other company’s I went ahead with GA Hoizons. Within 6 days surveyor came to measure windows and within 24 days windows were installed from initial deposit. Builders were very quick (2days installation of 6 windows) and cleaned up afterwards. Graham was also great with communications throughout the progress. Very satisfying experience. Recommended.

Graham is an exceptionally responsive and thorough professional. It was a pleasure to hire him and we felt we were getting a great service throughout. He went out of his way to ensure he was fitting windows that complied with the most recent regulations, which was a wonderful demonstration of him going over and above. Graham went through the options available to replace my old frame and door. I had a photo of what I had in mind and Graham worked to that. We agreed the price. The door was ordered and installation scheduled. All went to plan, the fitter did a great job and was very tidy. The door is exactly what I wanted and it looks amazing. Very pleased with the service provided by Graham. He came on time and gave very good advice on the type of window that he felt was right for our kitchen. An appointment was made for a surveyor to come a few days later to take accurate measurements and within a couple of days I had a detailed email showing the type of window and a date for fitting. The fitter arrived on time and was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and would consider using them again in the future.
