When the roof started to leak one is always faced with the challenge of stepping into the unknown with numerous people plying their trade. Thankfully I found Grant who did an honest evaluation of the problem and while not the cheapest quote I am so glad I decided to go with him. Once the job started he kept me informed of problems (from previous poor work) and now I am very confident in the roof which has not shown any problems since.
