Can't really comment on anything that other than reliability since I've heard nothing more from him after he turned up (late) to take measurements, and assured me that the job would be "no problem". I mean really, if the job doesn't float your boat, don't lie about wanting it. I gave him the benefit of waiting for his quote and he doesn't even have the manners to tell me straight that he wasn't interested in my job. I could've had it done by now. Thanks for nothing.

Neil I sent you an e mail with the quote 2 days after I looked at the job and got no phone call to book the job in. I will resend you the email. I am very sorry you never resaved the email. Garden life prices all jobs in side one week from when I call out to see you.

And yet it takes 11 days to respond to this... I think that says it all really. Don't bother sending the quote again, I'm not exactly holding my breath that I'll receive it this time either. I have checked through my past emails right back to Xmas and there is nothing from you so please don't try and make this sound like it is my fault.

I am afraid i don't check rated people every day as i run my business through my own website and contact numbers that are on there. I don't feel there is any blame to be portioned here there has genuinely been a misunderstanding. I have left you a voicemail this morning and resent the email with quote.
