I booked an appointment for a boiler service but he did not turn up. I phoned him,texted him and rang his home address but no response. He is a young guy with not much experience.See other feedback re non appearance

Gareth was fantastic. From initial quote to completion, Gareth kept all promises, arrived on date/time arranged and completed job on time without any fuss + there were no hidden extras despite me choosing a more expensive radiator for kitchen. Gareth called me at the end of each day with progress report and was very helpful and courteous at all times. He was also the cheapest quote which was an added bonus. A very neat and tidy job all round !

Prompt, reliable and efficient. Telephoned to state when he would arrive and was on time. Polite and friendly. Would definately use again and recommened to others.
