Bob and Toby both came to install a tap for me. Arriving right on time, they quoted me a reasonable price and did the job there and then. They were professional, polite and left everything clean and tidy when they left. They did a great job and I’m so happy with what they’ve done, and I’ll be recommending them to anybody that needs a qualified plumber. Thank you Bob and Toby.

Bob was a lovely chap - prompt in responding to my job request and quickly came out to establish what was needed. Was transparent in showing me what was needed and returned to complete the job quickly. Also explained what another engineer had reported to me as being incorrect which reduced my worries too. Very nice chap and would definitely recommend. Hope you get your family holiday when the pandemic is over Bob!
