Gas Boiler - Installation
Guy was excellent. Very quick and efficient and able to suggest good solutions to tricky problems. He moved the boiler from the upstairs bedroom down into the kitchen, replaced all the plumbing and lead pipes in the kitchen, brought a gas pipe into the house for a cooker and put a new radiator in the kitchen. Really friendly, very trustworthy, flexible in working hours, happy to leave him alone in the house, have recommended him to friends and family and will definitley use him again in the house.

Great service! Even had issues with gas supply pressure which the Guy sorted out directly with the Gas Board. Would definitely use them again.

Guy used his considerable experience to give us good advice about the best solution to upgrading our central heating system while avoiding unnecessary expense. The quality of work on the new components and re modelled pipework seems excellent. Communication and administration was first class particularly in accessing government help. Great care was taken in protecting against and clearing up any mess. The four members of the family were friendly, well qualified and took great pride in their work. We have every confidence that they will keep their promise of good aftercare should there be any problems. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

GusGuy London Ltd were absolutely brilliant in every respect. Guy did a very sensible quotation, honestly reviewing existing system and optimising it according to our needs (without creating unnecessary jobs). He and his family turned up very early and worked for two days non stop, even up to 12 hours, to finish the job on time. They were professional, very helpful and offered valuable advice on other areas of our home renovation; they even helped us out at the last minute with unusual (and totally illogical) plumbing under the sink. Without a shadow of a doubt we can recommend this family company to everyone.

Replaced old 'G' rated balanced flue central heating boiler sited in kitchen cupboard with modern 'A' rated boiler with wireless controls (very little mess) in June 2010. First class job by local family firm. Top quality work, very experienced, caring and friendly, with nothing too much trouble. Clean and tidy work all the way to completion, great aftercare too. Very impressed with the hard work and commitment from this lovely family which put our minds at rest totally over what can be a very stressful business. Everything just as it should be - thoroughly recommended without any doubts - Guy and his family were brilliant! - five stars all round for quality, value and reliability.
