Graham answered my post promptly, came and quoted a good price and, fixed my roof in a very professional manner, in less than perfect weather conditions. Both he and his mate showed a good knowledge of the task in hand. I will certainly be using his services again.
Slate & Tiled Roof
Did an excellent job of the fascias, guttering and window frames. House has'nt looked this good since we bought it new years ago. Also sorted out a tile that had slipped out on the roof. Would happily use them again for any work.
External Wall Painting
Replacing our soffits with plastic was done on the hottest two days of the last 7 years and these men worked hard and consistently throughout. They left things clean and returned later to do an additional thing as agreed on time. We feel they have done a first class job and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
External Rendering
GBCmaintenance came when they said and stayed to complete the job. They always left my premises tidy each evening and the outside of my house looks like new. They also repaired some rotten wood to a very high standard. I would recommend their work to anyone.
