I have over 25yrs in the trade with lots of experience in all aspects of building, with main background in carpentry and plastering. I was a site manager for 10yrs now semi retired and doing customer care maintenance. I am knowledgeable in all areas of building works.
I now re trained and now offer Venetian Plastering and looking at only offering this service.

George Bancroft and his team-mate Jimmy did an excellent job. Installed new gate-posts and re-hung heavy driveway gates. Gates now hang much better and close-up together better than they have for years. George and Jimmy worked hard and with good will, the price was right, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

George is very competent and professional, he certainly knows alot about building. He's very reliable, friendly and quick to respond to messages. My new shower & cubicle look lovely and all work was completed to a high standard at a very fair price. I feel lucky that I found George to help me with my old leaking shower problem. I would certainly highly recommend George Bancroft without any hesitation.

Fitted Bedrooms / Wardrobes
George explained what was required to put the wardrobe sliding doors back on their runners. It wasn’t totally straight forward, but he knew how to resolve the situation. He charged a very small fee. We are so happy to have doors that slide so easily.
