Garden Clearance
Brian and his friend turned up on time .The job was a bitof a thankless task . Digging out tree roots and brambles . But they got stuck in to it done quite quick took all the mess away and very happy with them .Would recommend them to friends

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Sadly I've had to change my rating of this company. Although they were friendly, did turn up on time to start the job and cleaned the guttering, once the weather changed I found the guttering itself was still leaking. Despite having been advised of this fact, they never came back to rectify this. The job is still not completed and I'll have to get a company with more pride in their workmanship to fix the guttering. I'm very disappointed and in light of my experience I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Christine in all fairness what I fixed is fine it's your facia that needs attention I have offered to fix this for you to get the negative comments removed but you have not taken me up on this would be happy to pop in one day and get it done Cheers Brian

Brian,you came to fix the guttering in August, as far as I was concerned the guttering still leaked (incl the downpipe you'd removed and put back in place). You decided to mentioned the facia when you appeared on my doorstep this month (January). After nearly 6 months of zero to minimal contact in response to my messages & emails I'd understandably lost confidence in you. You stating that you've now offered to fix the problem to improve your ratings doesn't say much for your customer care. No thank you.

I emailed several times to tell you I'd be over Christine little longer than expected I no! I fixed your leaky guttering no problems it's taken months for you to say the other side is leaking let's just draw a line and get it sorted for both of us Cheers Brian

"A little longer than expected" is a slight understatement isn't it? The front leaked and still does, so please stop making excuses Brian. I replied to your email and told you exactly why I didn't want you to come back or have any further work done by you. We both know the problem isn't only about this job so please take my word for it now, I am not taking you up on your 'offer to fix it' and do not want any further contact. Sincerely, Christine.
