The cost was high, as I did explain to the customer, the quote was the maximum i quoted and the price would reduce when i had seen the job, if it was straight forward.

it is correct that GF electrical did explain the cost was higher because i live outside of his work area. and that the mistake was made by Rated People.com i did not ,mean to imply that that his work or service was bad. Indeed he was very polite and professional in all our communications. i am sorry to have caused any misunderstandings
