Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
This is an effective, no-frills, reasonably priced outfit. They replaced my house extension 4mx4m flat roof with a new felt flat roof. I was impressed by the speed of response to my job posting, with a site visit on the same day and the work done a few days later in one day. The workmen were skilled and diligent and produced a good-looking product, clearing up afterwards. I paid the original price quoted, with no additional surprise items. No problems have arisen in the week since, despite storms.

Wooden Cladding /Fascias/ Soffits
Engaged pro tech roofing, not happy at all with work. Agreed a price, then "up selling" on extras after work started which were not completed after paying full amount in good faith. Work still not completed , they damaged porch roof surface by not using protective covering, lots of aggro from the rep John. Have formally complained to Rated People and sent on photos and comments. Be very wary of engaging.

Encountered big problems with this company (pro tech roofing). Not returned to complete work as promised after being paid in good faith. Damaged porch roof surface by not using protective covers. Upselling the job, then not completing. Have reported poor work quality issues to Rated People with photos.

Following initial problems with the work, the roofing guys returned to put right the shortfalls which closed the job satisfactorily. However I had to oversee the work completion myself via Google Translate due to no instructions and poor communications to the work team. I am very pleased to finally conclude the job, but still await receipt for full payment made. RG24
