We are a local Construction Company with a background in commercial building & groundworks. We are used to working to high specifications with minimal tolerances. Leaving you with a high end look with a beauty that is more than skin deep, its durable too! Its Important that a house has a solid foundation, but not just houses. Every aspect of construction is only as strong as it weakest link so we don't just concentrate on leaving a nice finish. You want that look to endure so we don't cut corners behind the scenes. Everything we do is constructed in accordance with industry standards norms. So our extensions get nice deep footings, So do garden walls. Our driveways are always excavated to the right depth, and the sub base constructed in graded road stone, not cheaper sub base materials because they are not as good. We never use a nail where a bolt or screw will do better, because it lasts longer that way!
With 30 years in the trade behind me we have the experience, knowledge, and contacts to get you the best materials and reasonable prices.
So whilst quality work has a cost to it, it need not be exorbitant, nor out of your reach!

Jim was very friendly polite and cooperative. Quote was competitive, and the work he performed was better than expected. He even did some extra stuff I asked him on the day without too much reluctance. (including painting the fence before erecting). He was even willing to bear the cost of paint himself. All in all would recommend him definitely
Garden Wall
Overall Jim worked hard to complete the job that we asked him to do. A lack of clear initial plans led to some issues and we have a number of concerns about the quality of some of the finishing. We would recommend people considering using GHS landscapes to ask to see previous projects.

I am y this rating. It was in the Feb of 2018. The weather was atrocious. The complication came when he asked us mid contract to landscape the rear as well. We had excavated the bank of the side entrance leaving a tiny pathway over a 3 metre drop.. This made things difficult. I used the materials they chose against my advice. I think it did end up looking a little plain for a near 20k budget. Look out for the little fair haired boy in our pictures. proof its our work. Viewings always welcome.
