Glen was on time and and was very pleasant and professional. He explained what the problem was with my door handles and showed me the failed springs. He explained how the locking mechanism worked so that I fully understood the problem. Although he didn't have any black handles with him, he did have some white ones and I was happy with those so he did the job there and then to save a return visit. He also adjusted both the front an back doors for me. Very pleased.

Glen arrived within 2 hours of calling at exactly the agreed time, bearing in mind it was a bank holiday. He was very professional, quick and kept me informed of everything he was doing. He could easily have bluffed that extra parts were needed to complete the work but was completely efficient and very cost effective. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Lock Fitting / Repair
After posting the job on the website i had a quick response and explained the issue i was having with the lock and glen explained there could be two problems but would need to have a look at it to be sure so I arranged for the next evening Glen was on time and found what the issue was straight away and replace the lock for me the price was correct and the lock is now fully working.
