After Tim completed the work, we found a dent in the front of the apex. He disputed the quality of his work but it is very clear to see. He took off some money at our request but was reluctant to re-do the work. Then we had several leaks in our guttering which Tim has returned too to try and rectify. However on this occasion he now does not respond and ignores our pleas to return and fix yet another leak. It is clear he is not in a position to perform this kind of work to a high standard.

All are free to come and inspect the work before you think about hiring this company. I recommend doing so as we dont want others to make the error of judgement that we did in hiring Glentana Developments.

The job was a tricky one and with Tim’s clear past experience, his willingness and ability to listen to myself as the customer filled me with confidence that the job would be executed without issue. Very pleased with the result and due to the high quality of his workmanship I will be assured for years to come that the new concrete floor was excellently constructed. Happy to provide a reference.
