Wooden Staircases
Gavin quoted a reasonable price for stripping a banister & paining it. The day before he asked if his son could start the work & he would finish it & I agreed. He was to come the next day to finish the job but it turned out he was doing another job. It wasn't finished by day 3 and he had asked for some money which I agreed to. Bad mistake as he never finished the job even though he kept saying he would come over but just stopped answering his phone. Lucky I didn't pay all the money. I wouldnt recommend him!
Leadwork
GM, were prompt to respond. Gavin came to view the job, provided an estimate and did the job, all when they promised they would. Importantly he also kept me informed by text along the way (will be arriving 15 mins early-that ok). They were professional, friendly, polite and quick. Because it was roof work, they took a photo of what they'd done. If one can't get onto the roof yourself, how can you see what had been done. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gavin and GM services.
