Quick quotation, good price and excellent job done ahead of time. In addition Graham helped us out when we had to re-schedule the job at very short notice due to unforeseen problems. Graham offers a family friendly service with clear communication and excellent customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend Graham's work and will be asking Graham to come back to quote on more work in the near future.

The overall finish of the work was good. However, the process of working with this builder was fairly stressful. The main issues were the time taken. The start date slipped by over 8 weeks and the finish date was also several months off. The sub-contractor employed for plumbing was also poor in terms of quality of work and reliability but I believe that he has since been replaced.

The job undertaken was very extensive and on occasions quite difficult, given that the initial time estimate, took no account of the changes to the specification that occured throughout the contract. The Inclement Summer weather also had a significant impact upon the works, which were 50% internal and 50% external. The Plumber engaged worked directly under Sub-Contract to the Client and not through me! Initially I acted as introducer because the Client had no contacts in this regard in this area, however all works and prices were agreed between them and not me. I do not think the Rating comments are fair in this regard and the job was completed to a very good standard, notwithstanding the difficulties. I am disapointed in the coments as they do not directly relate to my company or my work.

The Client was a pleasure to work with, however, the unforseen elements of the work and additional works requested were not part of the original Estimated works or included within the timescale given at the outset, this was the reason for over-run of this contract. The Plumber was directly employed by the Client?
