Gavin was helpful and responsive arranging to come and do the work quickly, even fitting his visits around days when I was working from home. The work (fixing broken bathroom door lock, fitting new lock to front door) was done quickly and efficiently, despite being quite tricky in places. Gavin tidied up brilliantly after the work was completed leaving the doors looking as good as new. We are very pleased with the results and we would have no hesitation in hiring Gavin again
