Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Monika sent us her builders Tom and Mark, they did a complete refurbishment of the maisonette property to a good standard. They are always polite and helpful.

Despite repeated requests the builders still have not returned my house keys. I am not happy with the quality of work they have done and I would not recommend them.

did not return my house keys. They didn't finish job properly just kept asking for more money. They called it revising the quote, but they told me it was a fixed price at the start. It starts off low then it gets really expensive and you realise it's a false economy. The bathroom fitting was not good and the hot tAp doesn't turn on. They even tried to chArge me extra for a rat killer bait which was nothing to do with me.Finally I have to pay someone else to sort out their mess and report the keys to police"

The above comment is one huge lie. All works had been carried out by highly experienced tradesman with 35 years experience ( please see the first Charlie's comment ) and we've got the photographic evidence to prove that. All work was agreed prior commencement but Charlie kept asking for more and more under the same 'fixed' price.

Graph BS have never had any complaints for the works carried out in the past. Charlie still owe us large amount of money and the above comment is the attempt to avoid paying for the job. All the 'keys', 'police' and other stories are complete nonsense. We would strong advice all tradesmen to avoid this person if you want to be paid. Monika
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
After receiving a very reasonable quote Thomas started and completed the job of replacing our gutters on time and left the space very clean. I will definitely recommend Graph Building services.
