Everything was very good, with the exception of the turfing. This part is very poor, despite a couple of attempts, as well as the way in which our garden was left. Discarded turf and soil left around the garden and under a tree and quality of laying it, not what I would have expected of a Landscape Gardener.
Garden Clearance
They did not show up. No phone call or apology.

Unfortunately the homeowner didn’t see the email which I sent more than a week prior to when the meeting was due to take place, stating that I was unable to attend and offering alternative dates. I have tried contacting the homeowner again, however I haven’t been able to get hold of her. Our company prides itself on great customer service and would never intentionally let a potential client down
