3 stars received for quality ... I only changed the light bulb in bathroom light fitting. customer was unable to remove cover. 3 star for value ... I charged a small fee for the call out which was at 6pm. when I turned power off the burglar alarm set off and customer did not know the code so I ended up having to disconnect the external sounder otherwise it would have been going off all night. customer seemed to want everything done for free
