Lock Fitting / Repair
Single / Double Glazing
Very unprofessional. I needed two double glazing handles replaced. Which they did, but then I showed him my living room window handle &he started saying “ooh thus dangerous it needs to be changed. He removed a long metal bit under the frame, which he then couldn’t replace as a spring fell out but did not tell me at the time. He then replaced the handle on that window charged me for all three windows. Then as he drove off I went to open the window and it can’t close. Said would come back & never did!
Door Opening
Quick response. Gary wasn't able to repair the locking mechanism on the first visit but was able to obtain replacement parts and still managed to resolve the issue promptly. Sent a video message of the completed work which was appreciated as I wasn't on site. Great job ????
Lock Fitting / Repair
This team was EXCELLENT, constantly keeping me up to date on the progress and times of arrival. Clean professional job at a good price. Highly recommended and would use again no issues.
