Bathroom Installation
This proved to be an expensive mistake. Joe and his partner Paul were both incompetent. This showed in innumerable ways. They did not have the energy to do the job - it took them about 2 months - it cost way over their budgeted price; and I am still even now paying out for professional plumbers to correct their mistakes. The latest is the radiator, it is falling off the wall. They were unable to install even that ...Paul knew a little about plumbing but he should stick to odd jobs; it is all he can do.

iI am shocked to read above,the customer has not communicated any of the above until now.We did not start day until customers left for work allowing us to cover floor and furniture for protection.I guess this addresses no energy.The time it took,budget,extras and design were all discussed and agreed daily.At start and finish of project and on invoice it was pointed out there was a 6 month guarantee on all work, and if asked we would of honoured that.
