Good experience. Phil arrived for quote visit when he said he would. Job booked and price agreed. On day of job Phil and his Brother again arrived when the said they would. Job completed in a few hours and price paid was as quoted. Both guys friendly and professional. Job completed all as agreed with no issues. Fulwood, Preston.

Phil was friendly and informative when he can to supply the quote. The quote was well priced and he told us exactly what he would do for the price. Phil turned up on time to do the job and did a fantastic job exactly what we wanted.

Alarm developed a fault a year later. Asked Phil if he could have a look at it for me any many occasions, but he didn't reply to any of my messages.

The after sales was very poor. My alarm developed a fault so I asked him if he could take a look for me, but never replied to any of my messages. Left with an alarm with the same fault I started out with.

Phil has now been in touch to explain why he didn't reply. His reasons are perfectly acceptable and i would recommend him to others.
