Arthur did a laminate floor in my kitchen and living room. He worked well and ensured I was pleased with the progress. He didn't even stop to get food and worked throughout until the job was complete. Great value for money and would surely use again.

After 3 months, the floor is now feeling lumpy and uneven in some areas. It will likely need to be redone
