For quality of tiling work and diligence in cleaning up and generally Vardan should get around 14 stars. The price was reasonable if expressed somewhat eccentrically to me when negotiating the job. He pleasant, punctual and unobtrusive (a few loud phone conversations aside). The plumbing side had a few hiccoughs, like inadvertently turning our water off over night! It all still feel into place.
