I would rate Mr Farrugia as excellent. He did a really good job of making my home safe and secure with smoke and Co2 alarms and advising me on safe electrical practice in my new house. He was always on time, his workmanship could not be faulted, and he was always courteous and pleasant. His price was remarkably low for the amount of work done and he was tidy and efficient. I recommend him highly.
