Arrived when he said he would , errected his own scaffolding to keep the price down , kept my tennants up to date with what he was doing , and carried out an excellent job. OK , the job ended up bigger than the original quote , but it ended up a much better job , and he even knocked some money off the bill because it didn't work out as big a problem (without me asking !) WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND
