Domestic House Cleaning: One Off
Just recently started cleaning for me. Pricing was competitive. Any issues I raised after the first week was picked up on second visit. So far very happy with quality of work.

Cleaner rang to say he was going on holiday for two weeks and could not get anyone to cover his shift. He will call when he get back. That was just over 4 weeks ago - not heard a thing. I guess that was his way of getting out of the job! Would not recommend at all.

Was slightly late but they stayed late to finish the job in one day. My wife found a few cob webs the day after which I missed when I inspected.

Not gone ahead using I&A. Hence neutral for Reliability and Quality. We listed job as regular (2 weekly) domestic cleaning communal part of a house share (kitchen, bathrooms, stairs) expected 2 hours of work. They quoted 1st time £120 per visit, I chose to just leave it. But they called me back checking if we 'd accept the quote. I again hinted 'it 'd be only a two hour job per visit' so that they can readjust their price. (I knew it 'd make me laugh in the end). They re-quoted £70. I ll let you decide.
