Landscaping
ILG accepted a job (installing planters on top of a - brand new - wall) that they did not actually know how to deliver. They worked things as they went along and it failed. They caused considerable damage to our newly rendered walls as a result. We have consulted with two other gardeners who confirmed that the installation was never going to work. Whilst ILG have admitted that they should issue a full refund and remove their installation, nearly a year later we are still waiting....

Landscaping
I was delighted with the service offered by ILG. The job was done to budget and in good time in spite of bad weather in April. It was a bonus to be able to discuss my ideas and to have the benefit of some really great suggestions the have made a big difference to my garden for a relatively modest outlay. Highly recommended.

Wooden Decking
We never had the work carried out as the quote nearly doubled 2 days before the work was due to start. Apparently the supplier provided an incorrect price, but no idea how it could be so wrong or why such a disparity in price would not have been obvious to a professional

The supplier made a mistake in the pricing and was spotted before delivery of the goods. Since we do not manufacture products we cannot control any aspect of the manufacturing process. We are just as disappointed at this mistake as is the client.
Garden Maintenance
Very pleasant person, I hope she continues to keep up the maintenance of the garden.
