Ian wasn't the cheapest quote. But he turned up on time, offered some good advice about the job and gave me a quote, which he justified by breaking down into the relevant costs. So I decided to offer him the job. He turned up on time, grafted hard and cleaned up after his work. Honest and open, he takes real pride in his work. We're very pleased with our patio and would definitely use him again. A really nice guy and - yes - he likes a coffee and a chinwag! Use him, you won't be disappointed.
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
It was hard finding a plumber to install a sanicom toilet. We had two replies from rated people. One came on the Monday and said that if we accepted their quote work would start in two weeks I O Roberts came the next day and gave us a quote on the day and said that they could start work the next day We accepted the quote and they came the next day and spent two days doing the work to our satisfaction If we need a plumber we now know where to go.

Mr Roberts came and looked at our job and after discussions with him we decided we would cancel the job and do the work another way. We thank him for his advice in the process but we will now not be doing the job that was placed on the site.
