Was very efficient and responded quickly to all questions that I had even gave us an option to save our tap so that we ca save money and return the new tap which he helped with us buying as we were not sure which one to get.
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Ian was most helpful and did a splendid job changing the taps on my kitchen sink. He was prompt turning up when he said he would and did the job in a good time. The price was most reasonable and I would not hesitate in hiring this gentleman again.
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Ian was quick to answer my request and communication was easy and enjoyable. He came round on a Sunday to check out the problem with no obligation and showed me photos of the parts and the asociated costs so I knew I wasn't paying more than I was meant to. He then came after work hours to fix my tap, did a great job, showed me all the under sink workings and left no mess. He was friendly and informative and advised me on other issues in the flat. Would recommend.
