My name is Ian Cockerill, I'm in my mid 50's, I have gained 38 years experience in general house maintenance & general repair/replacements of bathrooms/Kitchens/doors/skirting/floor laminate laying & floor tiling.
I also specialise in wood from making child's play equipment to sheds/summer houses & gazebos, I'm new to Rated People, as I was persuaded to join from a customer, all of my work has come from word of mouth over the years.
My work is always completed to a high standard & to the satisfaction of all my customers.

A great level of service with Ian. Came at short notice and was warm on arrival, with all the required tools. Even cam back to the property the following day to make the job even more polished. We have already asked Ian to do more work in the house!
Laminate Flooring
Ian laid new flooring recently across the ground floor of my home. He has done a fantastic job, my house is transformed. Ian helped with choosing the correct product and his ideas on colour and approach worked out very well indeed. His work is precise and he's a friendly and amenable bloke to have round to do jobs ??.
