House Extension

Everything started great, came out to give me a quote then didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, rang and asked about quote, finally got call saying quote will be with you early next week(this being on a friday) and heard nothing the following week. Gave up, if they can't even give you a quote then i can't see how anything else would be better.
