The traders never come back to me with the quote for insurance purpose. Poor in communication

Akram never come back to me with the 2nd quote ( for insurance purpose), it took him 3 weeks to send me the 1st quote after visit the property. Very poor in communications

I received a call from this lovely gentleman of Imperial Locksmith to check if I still needed a locksmith. I thought this was really nice of him to call a couple of hours later when he became available. However, by this time, I'd already hired another Locksmith.
