Plaster Skimming
I hired Imperial plastering after a very reasonable quote compared to others. Some wanted me to send photos for a quote but Charlie came around to look at needed doing and explained what he would do. He came on time and worked hard, he repaired the ceiling that had fallen down and replastered the whole ceiling in the bedroom and the ceiling in porch and plastered walls. I highly recommend Charlie he was professional and courteous thoroughly tidied up after himself .His plastering was to a very high standard

Thank you Charlie for a fantastic job. Charlie was very professional in his line of work. Very punctual, friendly and explanatory to what work we required him to do. Charlie tidied up after he finished with his own equipment. My husband and I are extremely happy with the end result and will definitely ask Charlie back to do some more work for us. I definitely recommend Charlie.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The quality of the finish on ceilings and walls is Inconsistent and in some areas very rough - even two small places where plaster is missing. None of this was obvious when Charlie finished so I paid him in full. I’ve been in contact with him several times but no remedy offer. Plus while he was here he knocked down part of my front garden wall - it’s now two months on and he hasn’t been back to repair it.

Shorty after Charlie finished the job I noticed several rough areas (ceilings and walls). In two small places there is plaster missing. I have been in touch with him several times but no remedy offered despite me having paid him in full. While he was here he knocked down part of my front garden wall with his van. Promised to come and repair it. Two months later and I’m still waiting. Very disappointing and can not recommend.

Plaster Skimming
Charlie is punctual, polite, and is as clean as his trade allows him to be. He takes care to cover surfaces as well as can be expected and works in an efficient, methodical way. At the end of the day he cleans up any mess and washes down where he has to. His work has made my work look good and I wouldn't hesitate in having him back or recommending him to others
