I found Chris to be excellent in every aspect of this job... communication was key as i was arranging flooring from quite some distance away from the actual property, and he called me every step of the way to explain exactly what he was doing BEFORE he did it. I selected the laminate flooring from a selection that he emailed me which was a bit scary but now the work is completed I am very very impressed.
