Inspire called, we made an appointment and they didn't turn up, no cancellation call or courtesy call or apology to say they had forgotten. A particularly 'uninspired' response

  Mr bosley. I attempted to visit your property today but was unable to find you house, I asked several passers by and they also did not know where sand lane was. I called your mobile shortly after 9am but it was switched off so I was unable to speak with you. I would still like the opportunity to offer you a quote but I understand if you have chosen another company. I would appreciate it if you could update the rated people comments once you have checked your missed calls. Regards Neil.

  Thanks for the email, I have checked my missed calls and answer phone messages and there is/was neither. My phone was indeed switched on and in my pocket, so unfortunately I do not accept your excuse, indeed a call later in the day from yourself should have been warranted offering an explanation or seeking clarity. We have been totally let down by Neil,by his own admission he has accepted other jobs having said he would start our conservatory in October. 31/8 phoned promised us amended quote. Waited weeks,phoned,sent emails,texts NO REPLY. No quote/contact = cant put deposit. 25/9 phoned us said he had other jobs we would have to wait until 2013. Hasn't answered emails/texts since. Comes across as genuine,prices jobs,makes unkept promises,picks best jobs. ALL emails,texts kept ALL calls recorded on Android phone.

  Mr Campbell, I am very sorry that you are disapointed with the service which you received. As you can see from my other reviews, I pride myself on being a professional and always aim to accommodate customers' needs. Unfortunately, various changes to your original quote did slow down the quotation process, by which time I had committed myself to other confirmed customers, during our busiest time of the year.

  It has taken you 3 months to respond to my feedback?? You are attempting to pass the buck. You failed to respond to phonecalls,emails and texts and I still have them ALL. You TOTALLY misled us as to a start date and accepted other work WITHOUT having the decency to tell us I had to phone YOU to find out. DO NOT blame us for delays, we waited 6 weeks for a quote, never received it and when we enquired we finally got the answer you had accepted other jobs, your final words being "that's the way it is mate".
